The Vellore Institute of Technology Engineering Entrance Examination (VITEEE) is a standard admission test for VIT Vellore, VIT Chennai, VIT Bhopal and VIT Andhra Pradesh. VITEEE 2020 now, contains the newly installed Qualifications Category.

Prior to the addition, the entry test included MPCEA (Maths / Physics / Chemistry / English / Aptitude) for B.Tech Courses and BPCEA (Biology / Physics / Chemistry / English / Aptitude) for Bio Stream programs. The questions in the entrance exams are based on NCERT textbooks and study questions - Biology, Physics, Chemistry, and Maths. The basis for entry testing can be established through an in-depth study of NCERT literature. The English section of the entrance test consists of reading and answering comprehension. More recently, the English entry test section will include system configuration and naming questions. This year, a new eligibility category has been included in the entry test. The decision to include this category in the entrance test is based on feedback and input from various other industries and educational institutions.

What does the Aptitude section on the VIT Entrance Exam contain?

The Aptitude section on the VIT Entrance Exam will cover ten questions. These questions are considered as a test of a person's ability to number and speak. Topics in the entry test will include the eligibility category can include Data Interpretation, Data Satisfaction, Syllogism, Number Series, Coding and Recording and Clocks, Calendars and Directions. These topics are just a solid list of topics that can be included in the entry test.

How do you prepare for the entry phase?

Responding to the eligibility category is understood through experience and comes out of practice. Therefore, one needs to practice regularly in order to pass an entrance exam. Often, students focus more on important subjects and take intelligence more easily. But the entrance test is changing its focus significantly in the 2020 qualifying phase.
